How To Edit Group Chat Permissions - Legacy

Step-By-Step Tutorial:
  1. Log in to your Healthy Roster account and select the chat bubble icon on the left hand side of your navigation bar

  1. Choose the group messaging & click on the chat settings icon

  2. Select the contact name of the group you would like to edit & click permissions

  3. The default permission settings are shown here, edit as needed

Please note, you may not have access to Healthy Roster 2.0 at this time, we will begin releasing in phases and notify your account owner when you can expect it. In the meantime default to the Legacy tutorial

Step-By-Step Tutorial:
  1. Log in to your Healthy Roster account and select the chat bubble icon on the left hand side of your navigation bar
  2. Select the three dots to the right of the desired group chat and select Members
  3. Select the three dots to the right of the individual and select Remove, you will then need to confirm the removal

  1. The default permission settings are shown here, edit as needed
