Sending a Direct Message as a Provider in App Messaging

This tutorial will walk you through the steps of sending a direct message via the Healthy Roster app chat feature.

Please Note: Terminology is different based on your setting, for example, a clinical setting uses Care Group as Organizations, Patient instead of Athlete, and Visits instead of Treatment, lastly Problems instead of Injuries but the steps are still the same.
Step-By-Step Tutorial
PROVIDER TO USER (ATHLETE/PARENT/COACH/PATIENT)
  1. Sign in to your Healthy Roster app and select the "Messages" icon on your bottom navigation bar

  2. Next, select "Contacts" at the top right corner of the screen
  1. You will see a list of contacts & directories - Select the directory that the athlete belongs to, then locate the athlete you need to send a direct message to.
  2. Select the athlete, then tap on the Messages Icon to begin the message
  1. Type your message and select "Send"

PROVIDER TO PROVIDER
  1. 1. From your Messages tab, select "Contacts" in the top right of your screen

  2. Search or scroll to find the contact you wish to message and select that contact

  3. Click on the messaging bubble that appears next to the provider’s contact information

  4. Type your message and select "Send"
