Duplicating an Encounter

00:00: Hi this is Nikki from healthy roster and this tutorial is going to show you how to duplicate and encounter on the web from the patient profile 00:07: To begin navigate to the patient profile 00:10: Now select encounters 00:13: Next to the encounter you wish to duplicate select the three dots 00:17: Now select duplicate 00:20: Now a modal box will populate where you can duplicate this encounter you can edit the date and time of Service choose to include existing notes or include Associated documents and resources 00:32: Click ok to complete your duplication 00:35: Now you can see the duplicated encounter if you need to edit this information select the three dots again and select edit 00:42: If you have questions or need more help please visit the help tab on your left navigation or reach us directly at help at healthyroster.com
