Step-By-Step Tutorial - How to Delete a Document
  1. Navigate to the patient profile
  2. Click on Documents
  3. Click on the 3 gray dots next to the document you want to delete
  4. Click Delete
  5. Confirm the delete by selecting OK

Step-By-Step Tutorial - How to Edit a Document Type
  1. Click on your "Documents" tab on the left side of your screen
  2. Click on Document Types
  3. Click on the 3 gray dots next to the document you wish to edit
  4. Click Edit
  5. Edit the document accordingly and click Save

  1. Navigate to the patient's profile
  2. Click on Documents
  3. Click on the 3 gray dots next to the document you want to edit
  4. Click Edit
  5. Change the expiration date and select Save

  1. Find the athlete you need to delete the document for
  2. Click on their “Documents Tab”
  3. Click on the 3 gray dots next to the document you want to delete
  4. Click “Delete”
  5. Click “Delete” again

  1. Click on your "Documents" tab on the left side of your screen

  1. Click on the 3 gray dots next to the document you wish to edit
  2. Click “Edit”

  1. Edit the document accordingly and click “Save Document”
