Step-By-Step Tutorial - How to Delete a Document
- Navigate to the patient profile
- Click on Documents
- Click on the 3 gray dots next to the document you want to delete
- Click Delete
- Confirm the delete by selecting OK

- Click on your "Documents" tab on the left side of your screen
- Click on Document Types
- Click on the 3 gray dots next to the document you wish to edit
- Click Edit
- Edit the document accordingly and click Save
