This integration allows the provider to create patient profiles at the organizational level, sync eligibility information, and communicate seamlessly between Healthy Roster and rSchoolToday. This integration is free through Healthy Roster but must be purchased via your current rSchoolToday account. rSchoolToday will notify us of the purchase, and we will start the integration process.

Step-By-Step Tutorial: Process from rSchoolToday

1. If a student is ELIGIBLE in rSchoolToday, the student's information is added to the nightly sync
   1. If the student record DOES NOT exist in Healthy Roster OR cannot match profile identifiers (First Name, Last Name, and DOB), the rSchoolToday nightly sync will create the patient profiles in Healthy Roster
   2. If the student record exists in Healthy Roster and the student is Eligible in rSchoolToday, the nightly sync will match the data together.
      1. The nightly sync will match athletes to the organizations that match in rSchoolToday
2. From the student profile, select Activity History Add New

   

3. Select the Activity and Eligibility Info - Per Activity

   

4. Once the activity is added, the student profile will show the appropriate activity on the Student Info page

   

5. You will also want to verify the contact information for the student on the Student Info page

   

Step-By-Step Tutorial: Process from Healthy Roster

1. Once the patient profile has been created in Healthy Roster, you will see them listed under the appropriate Organization.

   

2. If you would like your Teams to be populated, we recommend pulling the patient information from reporting in rSchoolToday and inputting it into our bulk import; then you will upload it to the team.
3. From the Patient Profile - Edit Details, you will see the listed Emergency Contacts

1. If a patient has a new or existing injury, the status change and its Injury Details will sync with rSchoolToday overnight.
