How to invite Primary users on the app
This page will walk you through the process of inviting primary users via the Healthy Roster app.
Please Note: Terminology is different based on your setting, for example, a clinical setting uses Care Group as Organizations, Patient instead of Athlete, and Visits instead of Treatment, lastly Problems instead of Injuries, but the steps are still the same.
Step-By-Step Tutorial
- From the Healthy Roster app Athletes page, select the athlete who needs to have a Primary User invited.
- Select ‘Care Circle’ from the Athlete’s Profile
- Select the ‘+’ sign in the top right corner of the screen
- Select ‘Parent’ for the ‘Title’ for minors (<18yrs), or ‘Athlete’ for athletes >18yrs old
- Select ‘Yes’ under the ‘Primary User’ option
- Select ‘Invite’ after all demographic fields have been filled in
- Select ‘Yes’ under the ‘Primary User’ option
- Select ‘Invite’ after all demographic fields have been filled in
- A green confirmation box will appear if the invitation was successful
