How to invite Primary users on the app

This page will walk you through the process of inviting primary users via the Healthy Roster app.

Please Note: Terminology is different based on your setting, for example, a clinical setting uses Care Group as Organizations, Patient instead of Athlete, and Visits instead of Treatment, lastly Problems instead of Injuries, but the steps are still the same.

00:00: Hi, this is Niki from healthy roster. And this tutorial is going to show you how to invite primary users within the app. 00:07: From the patient's page select a patient now Select Care Circle. In the upper right hand corner select the plus sign. 00:19: Now you will input the necessary information for your career Circle member starting with their first name their last name. Then the email this email is where the invitation will be delivered. next select their title now select if you'd like to Grant permission for this user to act on the patient's behalf. 00:46: To send the invitation select the save button in the upper right-hand corner. 00:53: If you have questions or need more help, please visit the help tab on the left navigation or reach us directly at help at healthier.com.

Step-By-Step Tutorial
  1. From the Healthy Roster app Patients page, select the patient who needs a Primary User invited.
  2. Select ‘Care Circle’ from the Patient's Profile
  3. Select the ‘+’ sign in the top right corner of the screen
  4. Input the necessary information to deliver an invitation
  5. Select Save
  6. A successful confirmation will then show
