Understanding Notifications on the App

This tutorial is going to discuss at notifications. 00:05: A few things to understand about notifications before we jump in first notifications 00:10: are considered part of the patient's chart. Therefore, they are time stamped and must be opened 00:14: by the recipient in order to clear their alert. The next thing to note is that the notifications 00:19: on the app will be triggered by an added problem a change in the patient's status a 00:23: comment that's made on the problem timeline.   2. Unread Notifications will be shaded, see below. Tap to view.
  3. Import Reminders:
  • Notifications from this list cannot be deleted
  • Notifications are triggered by an added problem, a change in a patient's status, and comments made on an problem timeline.
  • Remember: push notifications can be enabled and disabled from your device settings.
