00:00: Hi this is Niki from Healthy Roster in this tutorial is going to walk you through assigning athletic trainers to organizations you should have by now invited your athletic trainers as providers you should have also already created your organizations now we are going to assign these athletic trainers or providers to set organizations 00:19: To begin select the organizations tab on your left navigation 00:23: Next select the three dots to the right of the organization in which you wish to assign providers to 00:30: Now click assign athletic trainers 00:33: Assigned athletic Trainers for this organization will show to add a new select ad 00:39: A modal box will now populate where you can select your users that you've invited as providers 00:47: From the drop-down listing now select your provider 00:51: You will also want to select if you want this individual to receive notifications for things such as new injuries status updates and comments select OK when you're ready to assign your user 01:03: You will now be navigated back to your organization's assign athletic trainers tab you will see your assigned providers as well as if they have their notifications enabled or disabled you can select the three dots at any time to the right of the provider to enable or disable their notifications as well as remove them as a user 01:21: If you have questions or need more help please visit the help tab on your left navigation or reach us directly at help@healthyroster.com

Step-By-Step Tutorial: Assigning an Athletic Trainer to an Organization:
  1. Click on the Organizations tab and select the three dots on the right side of the organization you need to assign the provider to and click Assign Athletic Trainers
  2. Select Add
  3. From the select user box, select the provider you wish to assign to your organization. You may also decide to send them a notification
  4. Click OK

  1. Click on the drop-down box next to Users and select the AT you would like to assign to that organization
