Managing Documents Tips and Tricks

This tutorial will show you some of the tips and tricks to managing your documents in Healthy Roster, such as deleting a document, editing a document type, and editing expiration dates.

Step-By-Step Tutorial
How to Delete a Document Uploaded or Completed Incorrectly
  1. Find the athlete you wish to delete the document for
  2. Click on their “Documents” tab
  3. Click on the 3 gray dots next to the document you want to delete
  4. Click “Delete”
  5. Click “Delete” again

How to Edit a Document Type
  1. Click on your “Documents” tab on the left side of your screen
  2. Click on the 3 gray dots next to the document you wish to edit
  3. Click “Edit”
  4. Edit the document accordingly and click “Save Document”

Editing Expiration Date for an Individual Athlete’s / Patient Document
  1. Go to the athlete’s profile you want to change an expiration date for
  2. Click on their “Documents” tab
  3. Click on the 3 gray dots next to the document you want to edit
  4. Click “Edit”
  5. Change the expiration date and click “Update Document Details”

How to Edit the Document Type Attached to an Athlete’s / Patient Document
  1. Go to the athlete’s profile you want to change the document for
  2. Click on their “Documents” tab
  3. Click on the 3 gray dots next to the document you want to edit
  4. Click “Edit”
  5. Edit the document type at the top
  6. Click “Update Document Details”
