Activating a Scheduled Video Treatment/Encounter - Patient

Please Note: Terminology is different based on your setting

How It Works
  • When you have been scheduled for a video encounter you will receive an email from Healthy Roster which will appear as the image below. Once you have opened this email you will be able to click Open Video Chat and your video chat will be launched.
