Activating a Scheduled Treatment - Patient

This article will walk you through how to activate a scheduled video encounter/treatment - Patient.

Please Note: Terminology is different based on your setting

When you have been scheduled for a video encounter you will receive an email from Healthy Roster which will appear as the image below. Once you have opened this email you will be able to click Open Video Chat and your video chat will be launched.
