Activating a Scheduled Video Treatment - Patient / Athlete
Please Note: Terminology is different based on your setting, for example, a clinical setting uses Care Group as Organizations, Patient instead of Athlete, and Visits instead of Treatment, lastly Problems instead of Injuries but the steps are still the same.
HOW IT WORKS
- When you have been scheduled for a video treatment you will receive an email from Healthy Roster which will appear as the image bellow. Once you have opened this email you will be able to click ‘Open Video Chat’ and your video chat will be launched.
