Parent / Athlete Walkthrough
Please Note: Terminology is different based on your setting, for example, a clinical setting uses Care Group as Organizations, Patient instead of Athlete, and Visits instead of Treatment, lastly Problems instead of Injuries, but the steps are still the same.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN INVITATION TO JOIN HEALTHY ROSTER:
If you have not received an email invitation to join Healthy Roster, please contact your athletic trainer with the following information:
- Athlete First and Last Name
- Athlete Date of Birth
- Athlete Gender
- Athlete Graduation Year
If the athlete is under 18, please also include the first and last names of the athlete’s parents/guardians. If the athlete is 18 or older, please include the athlete’s email address.
I HAVE RECEIVED AN INVITATION TO JOIN HEALTHY ROSTER:
This video outlines the process of accepting an invite to join Healthy Roster and creating a new account. This is for parents of youth athletes or adult athletes. *Athletes who are under the age of 18 will need to have their parent create the account.
