Creating and Assigning a Group of Background Questions

Please Note: Terminology is different based on your setting, for example, a clinical setting uses Care Group as Organizations, Patient instead of Athlete, and Visits instead of Treatment, lastly Problems instead of Injuries, but the steps are still the same.

Step-by-step - Admin Only Feature
  1. Log in to your Healthy Roster account and click on the Admin tab in your left navigation bar
  1. Click on Background Questions
  2. Select Groups
  1. Click Create New Group
  1. Enter the Background Question Group Name
  2. Select where to populate these questions (Incident Reports, Treatments, Follow-up Services, and/or Scheduled Events)
