Please Note: Terminology is different based on your setting. For example; a setting may use Organization as Location, Patient instead of Athlete, Encounters instead of Treatment, or Problems instead of Injuries - but the steps are still the same.

00:00: Hi this is Nikki from healthy roster and this tutorial is going to show you how to create and assign a group of background questions 00:07: To begin select the admin tab 00:10: Now select background questions 00:13: Now select groups 00:16: Select add 00:19: Now input the name of your group 00:22: Check the boxes of the areas that you'd like this question to be applied to 00:26: And check this last box if you'd like to enable this group of questions for all your organizations 00:31: Click ok to create your group 00:34: Now that your group has been created you can add questions to it next to your group select the three dots 00:41: Now select edit 00:44: Now select questions 00:47: And select the add button here to add as many questions as you would like for this particular group 00:53: Your available background questions will now show in a modal box check all of the questions you'd like to apply 01:00: Click ok to add these questions to your group you are able to continue then to further customize this group via reordering questions or maybe even adding conditionals you will follow along with our other tutorials to continue that process 01:15: If you have questions or need more help please visit the help tab on your left navigation or reach us directly at help@healthyroster.com

  1. Log in to your Healthy Roster account and click on the Admin tab in your left navigation bar
  2. Click on Background Questions
  3. Select Groups
  4. Click Add
  5. Enter the Background Question Group Name
  6. Select where to populate these questions as well as if you'd like it enabled for all organizations
  7. Select Ok

  1. Log in to your Healthy Roster account and click on the Admin tab in your left navigation bar
  1. Click on Background Questions
  2. Select Groups
  1. Click Create New Group
  1. Enter the Background Question Group Name
  2. Select where to populate these questions (Incident Reports, Treatments, Follow-up Services, and/or Scheduled Events)
