Enabling Camera and Mic Permissions on the Web
These videos and tutorials will help you enable camera and mic permissions for a video call on different web browsers. You can use Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge for a Healthy Roster video call. We do not support Internet Explorer.
GOOGLE CHROME
- Click on the “camera” icon to the right of the URL box
- Click on “Allow”
- Click on “Done”
- Refresh this page
SAFARI
- Click on “Safari” in the top left of the menu bar.
- Click on “Settings for this Website”
- Click on “Allow” in the drop down box next to “Camera” and “Microphone”
FIREFOX
- Click on the “Camera/Mic” icon in the top left of the URL box
- Under “Permissions” select the “x” next to “block temporarily” that is next to “Use the Microphone” and “Use the Camera”
- Click on the “Camera” icon in the URL box, then click “Allow”
MICROSOFT EDGE
- Click on the “lock” icon in the URL box
- Under Website Permissions, turn on Microphone and Webcam
