How to Activate Scheduled Video Chats

This video and tutorial will walk you through the process of activating a video chat that you have scheduled on the Healthy Roster website.

PROVIDERS

  1. Sign in to Healthy Roster account and on your homepage select the scheduled treatment on your calendar under “Scheduled Treatments”

  2. Click on “launch video chat”
    1. Alternatively: Click on “open video chat” on the email

  3. Video chat has now been launched

PARENTS/PATIENTS/ATHLETE

  1. Check your email for a “New Scheduled Video Visit” email from Healthy Roster
  2. 2. Click on “open video chat” in the email to launch the scheduled visit
  3. Video chat has now been launched! Be sure to allow the website to access your computer’s camera and microphone.
