Please Note: Terminology is different based on your setting. For example; a setting may use Organization as Location, Patient instead of Athlete, Encounters instead of Treatment, or Problems instead of Injuries - but the steps are still the same.

Step-By-Step Tutorial:
  1. Log into your Healthy Roster account and select the Admin tab on the left side of the screen.
  2. Select the Provider Users tab
  3. Select Add
  4. Fill out the information needed to complete the invite - Name, Email address and title are required to send an invite
When adding Providers in the ADMIN area, our database will recognize any existing accounts. Below, this person may have used Healthy Roster under a previous employer. If a Provider has existing or previous access to Healthy Roster, a separate email address is required to access another one. When logging in, the email address they log in with will determine which environment they will be in.

The Next Step is to assign the provider to an organization. Access those steps here: Assigning Athletic Trainers to Organizations

Adding Provider Users / Athletic Trainers - Legacy

As an Admin provider user, you can add and assign provider users to an Organization. Once an Organization has been created, you must assign a provider user to that. A Provider User is generally an athletic trainer, doctor, or physical therapist but can also be any healthcare professional covered under HIPAA.
Please Note: Terminology is different based on your setting; for example, a clinical setting uses Care Groups as Organizations, Patients instead of Athletes, Visits instead of Treatment, and lastly, Problems instead of Injuries, but the steps are still the same.
