How to Activate a Scheduled Video Chat on the Website - Legacy
This video and tutorial will walk you through the process of activating a video chat that you have scheduled on the Healthy Roster website.

PROVIDERS
- Sign in to Healthy Roster account and on your homepage select the scheduled visit on your calendar under Scheduled Visits
- Click on launch video chat
- Alternatively: Click on open video chat on the email
- Video chat has now been launched
STEP-BY-STEP: PATIENTS/ATHLETES
- Check your email for a New Scheduled Video Visit email from Healthy Roster
- Click on open video chat in the email to launch the scheduled visit
- Video chat has now been launched! Be sure to allow the website to access your computer’s camera and microphone.
Please note, you may not have access to Healthy Roster 2.0 at this time, we will begin releasing in phases and notify your account owner when you can expect it. In the meantime default to the Legacy tutorial.
How to Activate a Scheduled Video Chat on the Website - 2.0
- Login to your Healthy Roster account, and click the scheduled visit on your homepage calendar
- Select Launch Video Chat
- Video chat has now been launched! Be sure to allow the website to access your computer’s camera and microphone
