Treatment Kiosk Mode (iOS)

Treatment Kiosk Mode (iOS)

We understand how hectic an Athletic Trainer's training facility can be, which is why we've created Treatment Kiosk Mode. When an Athletic Trainer enters this mode, their device will be “locked down” so the only thing someone else can do is enter another treatment.

This means you can safely and securely have your athletes enter their own treatments into the system while you perform them to cut down on time. Once you're done, you're able to go back and approve each logged treatment one-by-one to make sure they're correct. We want you to spend more time treating your athletes rather than documenting.

  1. Log in to Healthy Roster app and click “more” in the bottom right of the app
  2. Select Treatment Kiosk Mode
  3. You will be prompted to go to settings and enable “Guided Access”
  4. Go to settings, scroll to Accessibility
  5. Scroll all the way to the bottom and select “Guided Access” and turn that on
  6. Select “Password Settings” and set up a passcode for guided access
  7. Once Guided Access is enabled, go back to the Healthy Roster app and triple click the home button or side button to activate Guided Access. A message will say “Guided Access Started”
  8. Athletes can proceed to Treatment Kiosk Mode and enter their treatments as instructed
  9. To exit Treatment Kiosk Mode, triple click the home button or side button, enter your guided access passcode, and select “end” in the upper left corner of the screen
  10.  You will be notified guided access mode has ended, you will select “exit kiosk mode” and select “yes” to turning your availability back on
