Inviting Primary User to Patient's Care Circle - Legacy

When a profile is already created & an invitation is still needing to be sent to the primary user, the provider can send an invitation through the athlete's care circle.

  1. Log in to Healthy Roster and locate the Patient's profile
  2. Select the athlete profile, and click Manage Care Circle
  1. Click Invite user to manage this patient
  1. Input the information, and click Send.

When a profile is already created & an invitation is still needing to be sent to the primary user, the provider can send an invitation through the patient's care circle.

00:00: Hi this is Niki from Healthy Roster and this tutorial is going to walk you through inviting primary users via the manage users tab on the patient profile 00:09: From the patient profile select minute user 00:13: Now select add 00:16: You now input the email, first name, and last name for this user 00:21: Now select the role for this user. Typically at the patient level the user will be the patient or the parent or legal guardian 00:31: Now check the box if you want this individual to be the primary user. primary users can opt into Healthy Roster on the patient's behalf they can also control what users will receive notifications and be able to access the patient's information. Primary users are typically the patient or the patient's parents or legal Guardians. 00:51: When you're ready to send the invitation select okay. This invitation will now be listed under invitations on the manage users tab for this patient profile.   3. Click Add
  4. Input the information
  5. Select OK
