Messaging - Read Receipts

To view the recipients of your Messages within the Healthy Roster website, simply navigate to the message in question. Under each message that you have sent, you will see a green checkmark if it has been viewed. Hovering over this green checkmark will allow you to see who has viewed this message and a timestamp detailing when the message was viewed.

Read Receipts in Chat Messages (web)

1. If a message has been seen, a green checkmark will appear on the message.

1. For details about who has seen the message, simply hover over the green checkmark to view timestamped information about who has viewed this message.
   

   

2. If you do not see this green checkmark, this message has not yet been viewed.
