As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering the best possible user experience, we will retire the legacy version of Healthy Roster effective January 6, 2025. All users will be using Healthy Roster 2.0 going forward
What This Means for You
- Access to the legacy version will end: Starting January 6, 2025, all users will exclusively use Healthy Roster 2.0. Switching between versions will no longer be possible.
- Sunset reports will be retired: Reports currently created in the legacy platform will no longer be accessible.
- No data loss or interruptions: All your documentation and data will remain intact, ensuring a smooth transition to the updated platform.
How to Transition
- Already using Healthy Roster 2.0?
You’re all set! No action is needed. If you’ve been switching back to the legacy version for specific features, feel free to contact us at help@healthyroster.com for assistance. - New to Healthy Roster 2.0?
Use our video and text walkthroughs to familiarize yourself with the updated interface over the next month. Be sure to explore features like the enhanced problem timeline, note templates, and improved reporting capabilities. - Relying on sunset reports?
Take time to recreate these reports using the new platform's features and data sources. Tutorials are available to help you with this process
