How To Submit A Help Ticket - Legacy
Step-By-Step Tutorial:
- Login into Healthy Roster
- Click the Help tab on the bottom left navigation bar
- Click the Help tab on the bottom left navigation bar

- Search a keyword. If the help articles do not answer your question, click Submit A Ticket

- Fill out subject, description, and issue type. Then click Submit Help Ticket

Please note, you may not have access to Healthy Roster 2.0 at this time, we will begin releasing in phases and notify your account owner when you can expect it. In the meantime default to the Legacy tutorial

- Login into Healthy Roster

- Search a keyword
- If you find that your search does not suit your needs, scroll to Submit Ticket
- Fill out subject, description, and issue type. Then click OK
