Sending A Survey

00:00: Hi, this is Nikki from healthy roster surveys are a great way 00:04: to deliver a form that you've built in the form Builder to patients via 00:08: email or text rather than through the actual healthy roster interface. 00:13: By now you've set up your survey and need to send to patients. 00:16: This tutorial will walk you through the process of sending a survey to 00:21: either an individual patient or a whole organization. 00:26: To begin, let's review how to send a survey to one individual 00:30: patient. 00:32: There are multiple ways that you can navigate directly to a patient profile. 00:36: However, I'm going to show you by using the global search as it's the quickest 00:40: and most efficient way to navigate directly where you need to on your 00:44: keyboard type in the spacebar to open the global search or simply 00:48: click on the icon. 00:51: You will type in your patient's name and select enter from here 00:55: select the menu icon to the right of the patient. 00:59: Now select View 01:02: You will now be navigated to the patient profile select surveys. 01:08: If you've sent previous surveys to your patient, you will see them listed below. 01:13: To send a new survey select send. 01:17: Now select the survey you'd like to send to your patient. 01:20: As soon as you select the survey you will receive a notification on 01:24: the bottom of your screen if the survey was delivered. 01:29: Now let's review how to send a survey to an organization. 01:33: Let's presume. I am continuing on Gray Adams profile 01:37: and decide at this time. I would like to send this survey to the entire 01:42: organization rather than just through this patient profile. 01:46: From your patient profile you can select the organizations icon. 01:50: You can also select the organizations icon on the left navigation. 01:55: Here you will see I'm able to then click on the organization and navigate 01:59: directly to that table. 02:02: Once you're within the organization's homepage select surveys. 02:08: Select the menu icon to the right of the survey you wish to send. 02:13: Now select send 02:17: You will then see a prompt to confirm if you'd like to send this to the entire 02:21: organization select. 02:23: Okay to send to the organization. 02:27: Now that you understand the fundamental ways to deliver a survey we encourage 02:31: you to follow along with additional training more specifically how to review 02:35: and complete response protocols and how to view survey data. 02:40: If you have questions or need more help, please visit the help tab on the left 02:44: navigation or reach us directly at help at healthy roster.com.
