Password Issues

Your password is the secret string of characters you set up when you accepted your Healthy Roster invitation. Please do not share your password with anyone.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD/MY PASSWORD IS INCORRECT:

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it. To do this on the web, click “Forgot Password?.” On the app, tap “Forgot?

You will be asked to enter your email address. Make sure to enter the email address that your Healthy Roster account is associated with.

Check your email for an email with the subject line Healthy Roster Password Reset Instructions.

Here is what the email will look like:

After clicking on the “Reset Your Password” button in the email, you will be asked to answer one of your security questions. Once you answer the question, you will be able to create a new password and log into Healthy Roster.

If you also do not remember the answers to your security questions, please contact us using the chat box on this page, and we can take some steps to reset your password and security questions.
