Password Issues

Password Issues

Your password is the secret string of characters you set up when you accepted your Healthy Roster invitation. Please do not share your password with anyone.

When users forget their password, they can click on the "Forgot Password" link on the app or web browser's login page. This action prompts the user to enter their registered email address as the username. The system then sends a password reset link to the registered email address.

Upon receiving the email, users click on the reset link to log in and create a new password. Healthy Roster utilizes Multi-factor Authentication with this process to ensure secure access to login credentials, thus protecting the PHI within your account.
