- Usability Enhancements:
- Providers can now search by UniqueID on global search, and all patient search
- Added more details to document attachments - document type, notes, and review status are now visible
- Reporting: Added “Referral Created By” field to referral data sources
- Bug Fixes:
- Fixed issue where events data source was not filtering by user’s assigned organizations
- Fixed issue where the problem timeline was sometimes getting a network error
- Fixed issue where referral healthcare organizations were not merging after confirmation
- Fixed issue where legacy reports in 2.0 weren’t working

- Surveys: Clicking “View Details” of a completed survey now directs to the patient’s Surveys tab
- Bug Fixes:
- Fixed issue where provider users weren’t able to add entities other than the status update to the problem timeline

- Fixed an issue where re-inviting a previously deleted provider user would create an error

- Exporting Report Templates: providers can now export a report they have made to create a template usable by other Healthy Roster users
- Healthy Roster users can also now “import” these templates from the “Add” report screen
- Usability Enhancements:
- Made improvements around letting users know when their network connection is unstable or down
- Added form component helpers
- Event attendance list is now shown in alphabetical order
- Hotline data source now pulls live data instead of from the delayed reporting database
- Bug Fixes:
- Reports: Fixed issue where organizations were showing up twice for provider admins who were also assigned to the organization when using the Provider Engagement by Organization data source
- Reports: Fixed issue where Pre-Participation Form Data report wasn’t working correctly
- Improved loading times and UI when adding patients to an organization from the patient’s profile for large providers
- Fixed issue related to setting a calendar time block outside of the calendar’s time settings
- Fixed issue where deleting a self-scheduling calendar would not remove access via URL
- Fixed network error related to creating a calendar with a URL already in use
- Fixed issue where document notifications weren't being generated for new users
- Fixed issue where scheduled event wasn’t displaying on calendar when the end time was the same as the calendar preferences
- Fixed issue where when a provider user was invited as a provider and an additional entity (patient, org, team) before they accept the invitation, the provider was unable to be removed

- Updated provider engagement data sources to allow non-provider admins to see their own metrics
- Changed wording for removing/archiving patient from org to be more clear - specifically, we added the patient’s name to the message so it’s clear that [Patient Name] is being removed/archived from [Org Name]
- Added document instruction visibility on a patient’s document screen
- Users can now upload more than one file at a time
Bug Fixes:
- Date of Birth no longer defaults to today’s date when adding a new patient
- Fixed issue where Organization level users were showing under “Direct Access” instead of “Inherited Access” on a patient’s users tab
- When adding a Document Type, Instructions/Description, you are now warned if you type over 500 characters

- Added Guided Access Mode support to Documents
- Provider users can now enter guided access mode on a patient’s document and after the document has been completed, the screen will show the form is completed and to leave guided access mode in order to use the rest of the app again
Bug Fixes:
- Phone number is no longer showing as a required field on Patient Details screen)
- Fixed various Android notification issues
- Fixed navigation issue related to adding a new problem to a pending encounter
- Messages are now marked as viewed while on discussion screen (note that this does not yet address the notification count)

New Feature:
- Providers can now sort by “Last Status Update” on the Active Problems page
- This will sort the patients by when the most recent status update was added
- This should be beneficial for customers who have been asking for a way to both quickly access both the problems they’ve most recently been working on and to see who hasn’t been updated in a long time
- Shout out to Shannon for implementing this feature!
Usability Enhancements:
- Added 60 and 90 days as options for self-scheduling appointment max
- Notes Editing: the pinned window setting on the notes editing control is now persistent, so whatever view you select will be what shows up in the future
- Updated scheduled encounter notification emails to differentiate between new scheduled encounters and updates to existing scheduled encounters
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed issue where avatars on the admin provider list were showing the incorrect avatar
- Added back “Submitted On” date to Datalys submission log
- Fixed issue where deleting a problem status was not reverting to the previous status
