  • Fixed issue where Events datasource wasn’t filtering by healthcare provider
  • Fixed issue where provider was receiving SWAY integration email notifications when notifications are turned off - providers should make sure they have unchecked ‘receive problem email notifications’

Usability Enhancements:

  • Updated provider engagement data sources to allow non-provider admins to see their own metrics
  • Changed wording for removing/archiving patient from org to be more clear - specifically, we added the patient’s name to the message so it’s clear that [Patient Name] is being removed/archived from [Org Name]
  • Added document instruction visibility on a patient’s document screen
  • Users can now upload more than one file at a time

Bug Fixes:

  • Date of Birth no longer defaults to today’s date when adding a new patient
  • Fixed issue where Organization level users were showing under “Direct Access” instead of “Inherited Access” on a patient’s users tab
  • When adding a Document Type, Instructions/Description, you are now warned if you type over 500 characters
  • Fixed issue where documents were unable to be completed on mobile web browsers or Firefox

New Feature:

  • Added Guided Access Mode support to Documents
  • Provider users can now enter guided access mode on a patient’s document and after the document has been completed, the screen will show the form is completed and to leave guided access mode in order to use the rest of the app again

Bug Fixes:

  • Phone number is no longer showing as a required field on Patient Details screen)
  • Fixed various Android notification issues
  • Fixed navigation issue related to adding a new problem to a pending encounter
  • Messages are now marked as viewed while on discussion screen (note that this does not yet address the notification count)
  • Fixed issue where resources weren’t able to be viewed/added to timeline entities

Usability Enhancements:

  • Improved logic around document permission dropdown
  • Upon Document Creation:
  • Documents with no document type will always allow selection of privacy level
  • Documents with a document type will use default privacy level
  • After creating the document, provider users can “Edit Document” to change privacy

New Feature:

  • Providers can now sort by “Last Status Update” on the Active Problems page
  • This will sort the patients by when the most recent status update was added
  • This should be beneficial for customers who have been asking for a way to both quickly access both the problems they’ve most recently been working on and to see who hasn’t been updated in a long time
  • Shout out to Shannon for implementing this feature!

Usability Enhancements:

  • Added 60 and 90 days as options for self-scheduling appointment max
  • Notes Editing: the pinned window setting on the notes editing control is now persistent, so whatever view you select will be what shows up in the future
  • Updated scheduled encounter notification emails to differentiate between new scheduled encounters and updates to existing scheduled encounters

Bug Fixes:

  •  Fixed issue where avatars on the admin provider list were showing the incorrect avatar
  • Added back “Submitted On” date to Datalys submission log
  • Fixed issue where deleting a problem status was not reverting to the previous status
