Removing an Individual from a Survey

To remove an individual from Healthy Roster, you will "archive" that person. Legally, we cannot delete any individual due to HIPAA, but archiving has the same result.  

Please Note: Terminology is different based on your setting, for example, a college setting uses Teams as Organizations, Units as Teams, but the steps are still the same.

Step-By-Step Tutorial

  1. Login to your Healthy Roster account
  2. Select "Organizations" / "Teams".
  3. Select the grouping the individual belongs to.
  4. Click on the three dots to the right of the individual's name and select "Archive"
  5. Then click "Archive."
  6. This will stop the user from reciviving surveys.

If you decide you want that user back search their name within the search bar and you can choose to unarchive them.
