Sending a Direct Message as a Patient / Athlete in App Messaging
This tutorial will walk you through the steps of sending a direct message via the Healthy Roster app messaging feature.
Please Note: Terminology is different based on your setting, for example, a clinical setting uses Care Group as Organizations, Patient instead of Athlete, and Visits instead of Treatment, lastly Problems instead of Injuries but the steps are still the same.
- Sign into your Healthy Roster app and tap on the "Contact (patient name)’s Provider"
- Type your message in the "Type Here" section
- Tap ‘Send’
