This tutorial will walk you through how to rollback and revert an athlete upload.

Understanding Import History - 2.0
The ability to manage your patient import history is only available to providers in Healthy Roster 2.0. If you feel that you've made a mistake with a patient upload in Healthy Roster Legacy (i.e. included incorrect demographic information or invited the wrong user to a patient's profile), navigate to Healthy Roster 2.0 to follow the steps below.

Step-By-Step Tutorial: Viewing Import History
- Click on the Organizations tab and select the Organization you'd like to view.
You can also perform this action by navigating to the Team you'd like to view.
- Select "Import History" on the left navigation bar.
- This is a complete record of recent imports completed for your Organization and the status of each import.
Step-By-Step Tutorial: Reverting an Incorrect Patient Upload
- Click on the Organizations tab and select the Organization where the incorrect upload occurred.
You can also perform this action by navigating to the Team where an incorrect upload occurred.
- Select "Import History" on the left navigation bar.
- Navigate to the incorrect upload in question. Select the 3 dots next to the upload.
- Select "Rollback."
- If you would like to proceed with rolling back the upload, select "OK."Note: Rolling back the patient import will effectively remove the history of the patients created in their entirety.
- Confirm that the upload has successfully been reverted.
Step-By-Step Tutorial: Viewing Import Details
- Click on the Organizations tab and select the appropriate Organization.
You can also perform this action by navigating to the Team you'd like to view.
- Select "Import History" on the left navigation bar.
- Navigate to the upload where you'd like to view details. Select the 3 dots next to the upload.
- Select "Details."
- The details associated with the import will appear for review. This will include any errors that may have occurred during upload that may need to be addressed. You may also choose the "Download" button from here if you'd like to see the import template that was used for this patient upload.

- Click on the Organizations tab and select the appropriate Organization.
You can also perform this action by navigating to the Team you'd like to view.
- Select "Import History" on the left navigation bar.
- Navigate to the upload where you'd like to view details. Select the 3 dots next to the upload.
- Select "Download."
