00:00: Hi this is Niki from Healthy Roster and this tutorial is going to walk you through how to update a problem status there are quite a few options to update a problem status however I'm going to show you through the active problems listing 00:13: To begin select your organization's tab 00:16: Now select your desired organization 00:20: Click on the active problems tab 00:24: You will now see all of your patients with a status of anything other than active select the three dots to the right of the patient you wish to update the status for 00:34: Now select update status 00:37: Once you have updated your status select ok 00:41: You will then be routed back to the organization's active problems tab 00:46: If you have questions or need more help please visit the help tab on your left navigation or reach us directly at help@healthyroster.com

Step-By-Step Tutorial:
  1. Select Organizations
  2. Select Active Problems
  3. Select the three dots to the right of the patient profile and select Update Status
  4. Enter New Status Update
  5. Click OK

  1. Log in to Healthy Roster and select the Organizations tab on the left navigation
  1. Select your Organization This routes you directly to the Active Injury list. Locate the athlete that needs an updated status
  2. Once the athlete is located, click the three dots to the right to view all of your quick action options for this injury. Or, click on the athlete and you will route to the incident report where you can update a status & add a SOAP note
  1. I've selected the Update Status quick action. Update accordingly and click Send Update
