Admin Only Reports

These reports are only available on Healthy Roster Admin accounts.

Please Note: Terminology is different based on your setting, for example, a clinical setting uses Care Group as Organizations, Patient instead of Athlete, and Visits instead of Treatment, lastly Problems instead of Injuries, but the steps are still the same.

ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS

ATHLETE ACCESS AUDIT
  • PURPOSE: For auditing exactly who viewed an athlete in Healthy Roster and when; displayed by Athlete
  • DATA PARAMETERS EXPLANATION: An entry is returned if the access date falls within the date range selected
USER ACCESS AUDIT
  • PURPOSE: For auditing exactly which athletes were viewed by a User upon login; displayed by User
  • DATA PARAMETERS EXPLANATION: An entry is returned if the access data falls within the date range selected

ENGAGEMENT REPORTS

PROVIDER ENGAGEMENT
  • PURPOSE: For tracking activity of provider users by Organization; this report is based off when the provider user logs the information in Healthy Roster, not when the injury/treatment/etc. actually occurs since some provider users might be adding information that occurred at a previous date
  • DATA PARAMETERS EXPLANATION:
    • "Athletes Created" counts the number of athletes associated with the organization created within the date range.
    • "Injuries added" counts the number of injuries created within the date range.
    • "Incident Reports" counts the number of incident reports created within the date range.
    • "Treatments" counts the number of treatments created within the date range.
    • "Follow-up services" counts the number of follow-up services created within the date range.
    • "Invited users" counts the number of invitations created within the date range.
    • "Invites accepted" counts the number of invitations accepted within the date range.
    • "Incoming calls" counts the number of calls requested within the date range.
    • "Unanswered calls" counts the number of calls requested that were not answered within the date range.
    • "Callback requests" counts the number of callback requests requested within the date range.
    • "Incomplete callback requests" counts the number of callback requests requested within the date range that were not returned.

MANAGER REPORT
  • PURPOSE: For tracking activity of provider users by the individual provider, not by the organization they are affiliated with; useful for when there is more than one provider assigned to one organization or when there is more than one organization assigned to one provider
  • DATA PARAMETERS EXPLANATION:
    • "Athletes Created" counts the number of athletes created within the date range.
    • "Injuries" counts the number of injuries created within the date range.
    • "Incident Reports" counts the number of incident reports created within the date range.
    • "Treatments" counts the number of treatments created within the date range.
    • "Follow-Up Services" counts the number of follow-up services created within the date range.
    • "Invites Sent" counts the number of user invitations created within the date range.
    • "Invites Accepted" counts the number of invitations created within the date range that were accepted by users.

FOLLOW-UP SERVICES REPORTS

FOLLOW UP SERVICE ESTIMATED REVENUE (BY ORGANIZATION)
  • PURPOSE: For analyzing the value of the providers at a particular organization through the revenue generated by a follow up service
  • DATA PARAMETERS EXPLANATION: An entry is included if the service date OR the referral date falls within the date range
FOLLOW UP SERVICE ESTIMATED REVENUE (BY PROVIDER)
  • PURPOSE: For analyzing the value of your providers through the revenue generated by a follow up service; specifically used to track where the follow up services occurred and the revenue generated at each facility; can be used as a metric to see how much stayed in a healthcare system and how much went to other local providers
  • DATA PARAMETERS EXPLANATION: An entry is included if the service date OR the referral date falls within the date range
FOLLOW UP SERVICE ESTIMATED REVENUE (BY SERVICE)
  • PURPOSE: For analyzing the value of each follow-up service over a particular period of time through the revenue generated by that follow up service
  • DATA PARAMETERS EXPLANATION: An entry is included if the service date OR the referral date falls within the date range
