Changing Account Ownership

Updated by Lindsey Puent

Changing Account Ownership - 2.0

If you need to change your account ownership to a new individual you will need to follow the below process to complete a proper account ownership. Please note that we will need verbal confirmation from the current account owner prior to making these changes.
Step-By-Step Tutorial:
  1. Log in to your Healthy Roster account and click on the Admin tab on your left navigation bar
  1. Select "Provider Users"
  1. Select "Add" from the upper right hand corner
  1. Input the provider's information and select "OK" to send. Be sure to select "Is Admin" for this individual.

Making them the Admin will give them the power to remove you once they have access. You cannot be removed until they have access.
You may receive a popup/warning that you have gone over your limit of paid providers. This is ok in this scenario, as it will be temporary.
  1. Once the new intended account owner has accepted their invitation, please email help@healthyroster.com to initiate the account owner switch.
  2. Once we have switched ownership, the new account owner will need to remove the old account owners profile. Do so by selecting 3 dot menu next to the old user's information. Select "Delete." A prompt will generate at the top of the screen to verify deleting the profile.

  1. Once the old account owner has been deleted from the provider listing, there will no longer be access to Healthy Roster for that user.
