Editing Permissions - 2.0

This is where a user can see who has access to patient profiles and manage them.

This can only be done on the web, not the app.

00:00: Hi this is Nikki from healthy roster and this tutorial is going to show you how to edit permissions you might want to navigate to this page if you would like to see who has access to a patient profile and manage their permissions 00:12: To begin navigate to your patient profile 00:16: Now select manage users 00:19: Here you will see the access levels as well as pending invitations let's review what each means direct access are those that have direct access to the patient profile typically that being the patient parent primary user or user or team user 00:34: Next you will see inherited access these are the users that have the highest level of access and their access cannot be changed these are going to be typically assigned providers or admin 00:45: Next you will see a tab for invitations these are invitations that have been sent but not yet accepted 00:52: If you need to remove a user's access select direct access and then the three dots to the right of the user you wish to remove access to 01:02: Now select revoke access 01:05: You will then be prompted to confirm the removal of access select OK when ready 01:10: If you have questions or need more help please visit the help tab on your left navigation or reach us directly at help at healthyroster.com

Step-By-Step Tutorial:
  1. Once you are logged on go to your patient's profile.
  2. Click on Manage Users
  3. Here you will be able to see who has what access as well as pending invitations
  • Direct Access: Those that have direct access to the patient profile (typically the Patient/Parent/Primary User, Organizational User, Team User)
  • Inherited Access: Users with the highest level of access, their access cannot be changed (Assigned Providers and Admin)
  • Invitations: Invitations that have been sent but not accepted
  1. If you need to remove a users access, click Revoke Access
  2. Confirm the access by selecting OK

Editing Permissions - Legacy

This is where a parent/athlete can see who has access and block users. Here you will also have the ability to remove a users permissions.

This can only be done on the web, not the app.

  1. Once you are logged on go to your athlete's / individuals' profile.
  2. Click on "Permissions".
  3. Here you will see a list of individuals who have permission to view your child's / your injury information.
  4. If you need to remove a users access click "Remove".
  5. Then to confirm the removal click on "Remove Access".
