How to Schedule a Treatment and Video Chat - App

Step-By-Step Tutorial - Schedule a Treatment
  1. Log in to your Healthy Roster app and select the athlete you need to schedule a treatment for
  2. Tap on “Treatments” in the athlete’s profile
  1. Select the (+) at the top right of the screen
  1. Fill out the information as necessary, then tap “Save” 

Step-By-Step Tutorial - Schedule Treatment as Video Chat
  1. Log in to your Healthy Roster app and select the athlete you need to schedule a video chat for
  2. Tap on “Treatments” in the athlete’s profile

  1. Either create a new treatment or select a treatment that is already created - then tap “Edit” at the top of this screen under Treatment Details
  1. Select the Date/Time as needed
  2. Select the circle next to “Schedule”
  3. The “Conduct Via Video Chat” is now available, check that as well
  4. Enter the patient’s email address
  1. When finished, select “Done” - This Treatment will now appear in your Schedule Tab
