How to Schedule A Call - Professional Package Only

The premier and professional package includes the ability for Account Owners and Admin Providers to schedule a 30 minute meeting with one of our Customer Success Representatives. If you'd like to learn more please email
Step-By-Step Tutorial:
  1. Select Help on the left navigation bar
  2. In the search box type your inquiry

  1. If you have the premier or professional support package you will see the option to Schedule An Appointment
  2. Select the date and time
  3. Once selecting your time you will be asked to confirm
  4. Next you will be prompted to enter meeting information. Once complete select Schedule Event
  5. Confirmation details will then populate. A scheduled event from Zoom will also be delivered to your inbox.
