Creating a Group Chat Message (Web)

00:00: Hi this is Nikki from healthy roster and this tutorial is going to show you how to create a group message in web chat 00:07: To begin select the message tab on the left navigation 00:11: Now under a recent groups select view all 00:15: To add a new group select add 00:18: Now put in a name for your group a description of the group and check the boxes for all the items you'd like the members within this group to be able to complete select ok to add the group 00:29: Now that you've created your group you will want to add members to do so select the three dots to the right of the group and select members 00:38: You will now see active members of this group to add more select add 00:43: Once you've selected add you will see that you're able to add an entire directory or independent members I'm going to show you first how to add a directory 00:51: If you've selected to add a directory you can directly click on which one you'd like to add 00:56: I'll see your directory has been added to your group 00:59: If you'd also like to add an independent member when you select add you can then select member 01:05: You will then see a contact listing of all of your users that are active within healthy roster select the individual you'd like to add as a member to this group 01:14: Will then see that your user has been added to your group 01:17: If you have questions or need more help please visit the help tab on your left navigation or register directly at help at healthyroster.com
