How to Edit The Healthcare Provider Information

This tutorial will show you how to edit the overall account details and how to add/edit your Healthcare Provider’s logo and other identifying information. Only the Account Owner can edit your overall Healthcare Provider’s information.

00:00: Hi this is Niki from Healthy Roster in this tutorial will show you how to edit the overall accounts details and add a logo 00:08: Again select the admin tab on the left navigation 00:11: Select healthcare provider 00:14: Select provider information 00:17: To add or edit your logo select the circle icon below account information 00:23: Size your logo accordingly and select ok to add it 00:27: Now you can edit the name or address for the overall account select save when you're ready to update this information 00:34: If you have questions or need more help please visit the help tab on the left navigation or reach us directly at help at healthyroster.com

Step-By-Step Tutorial:
  1. Click the Admin tab on the left navigation
  2. Select Healthcare Provider
  3. Select Provider Information
  4. To edit the logo select the image or your existing logo
  5. Select the image from your device. You can size as appropriate. Select OK to add the account logo.
  6. Continue to complete or edit the account details. Select Save to save the changes.

How to Lock-Down Healthcare Provider Referral List

This step-by-step tutorial will walk you through the process of creating restrictions for your non-admin providers in regards to what new Healthcare Organizations, Providers and Facilities that they are able to add when creating a follow-up service.

  1. Sign in to your Healthy Roster account and go to the ‘Admin’ section.
  2. Click on Healthcare Provider
  3. Click on Features
  4. Toggle the option as appropriate
Permit/Allow Free Text = ON (Orange)
Restrict/Deny Free Text = OFF (Grey)

  1. Log in to your Healthy Roster account (only for account owners) and click Edit Profile in the top right-hand corner of your screen
  2. Add Healthcare Provider Name & Address
  3. Scroll to bottom of the page where it says Logo
  4. Click the Choose File option
  5. Select the file you need to upload and click the Update
