Data Export - 2.0

This is only accessible by the Account Owner and Provider Admin Users
Please note this export will format as raw data, it is a standard database design. We do recommend working with your IT department to match the data internally or you may find success downloading Visual Studio Community here you can create a new project, select files, and open the edmx file to see the entities and their relationships

00:00: Hi this is Nikki from healthy roster and this tutorial will walk you through exporting your data this is only accessible for the account owner or provider admin users this export will Encompass everything that has been completed within healthy roster for the duration of your term please note this export will format as raw data as it is the standard database design 00:22: To begin select the admin tab 00:25: Now select data export 00:28: Select add 00:31: Here you will see the status of your export my export is an exporting patients once complete it will say ready for download 00:39: Now that the status States ready for download you can select the three dots to the right of the export and select download 00:47: If you have questions or need more help please visit the help tab on your left navigation or reach us directly at help@healthyroster.com

Step-By-Step Tutorial - How to Export Data from Account
  1. As the account owner, log in to your Healthy Roster account and click on the admin tab on your left navigation bar.
  2. Select Data Export
  3. Click ADD to add a new export
  4. Once your export is complete, you will see it listed on the data export page
  5. Select the three dots to the right of the export and select Download

Step-By-Step Tutorial - How to Export Data from Account
  1. As the account owner, log in to your Healthy Roster account and click on the admin tab on your left navigation bar.
