Document Privacy Levels

The privacy level options affiliated with document types have been updated to match our existing injury and note template privacy level options:

00:00: Hi, this is Maggie from healthy roster. And in this video. I'm going to review the document privacy levels. 00:07: You'll start by clicking the documents tab on the left hand navigation and this will take you to your list of document types in the area where you can add new ones. You can change the document type privacy levels on already created documents by clicking the three dots to the right and selecting edit or you can start by creating a new document type by clicking add in the top right hand corner. 00:31: Once you're inside creating or editing the document type, you will see a section called user access. This area has a drop-down menu of three different privacy level options and this dictates who can view and add the document type. It defaults to the entire care Circle, but the next steps are going to show you which other options you can choose. 00:54: Here you will see the options of entire care Circle providers and primary or providers only. Entire care Circle means that anyone who is attached to the athletes care Circle will be able to view the document or add the document. Providers and primary is only the providers and the primary users the primary user being the athlete or the parent this removes access to Team level users or organizational level users, which are typically your coaches or your ads. The last option is providers only this limits any access to anyone outside of a provider user. 01:36: To change the Privacy level to Providers and primary users click the drop-down menu and select providers and primary. 01:46: To change the Privacy level to Providers only select the drop-down menu and select providers only. 01:53: Here once you have selected your privacy level and finished creating the rest of your document type. You will want to click save at the bottom. 02:02: Now, you know how the document type privacy levels work. This change will eliminate the confusing drop-down checkboxes for individual users, while also simplifying the process to make sure it’s easy for providers to limit visibility of certain documents.
