How to Share and Attach Files in a Web Chat

Please Note: Terminology is different based on your setting. For example; a setting may use Organization as Location, Patient instead of Athlete, Encounters instead of Treatment, or Problems instead of Injuries - but the steps are still the same.

00:00: Hi this is Nikki from healthy roster and this tutorial is going to show you how to share and attach files in webchat 00:07: To begin select the message tab on the left navigation 00:11: You are able to share or attach a file to webchat Via a group or an individual message I'm going to show you by selecting an individual message 00:22: Once you're within your group or independent message you can see the paperclip icon select this to upload a file 00:29: You can then click or drag and drop to upload your file 00:33: Your file will now be uploaded to the group message or independent message 00:38: If you have questions or need more help please visit the help tab on the left navigation or reach us directly at help@healthyroster.com

Step-By-Step Tutorial

  1. Log in to your Healthy Roster account and select the “message bubble” icon on the left navigation bar
  2. Choose who you need to send the file to (group message or direct message)
  3. Click on the paperclip image in the box
  4. Either drag and drop the file or click in the box to upload from your computer
