How to Share and Attach Files in a Web Messaging
Please Note: Terminology is different based on your setting, for example, a clinical setting uses Care Group as Organizations, Patient instead of Athlete, and Visits instead of Treatment, lastly Problems instead of Injuries, but the steps are still the same.
- Log in to your Healthy Roster account and select the “message bubble” icon on the left navigation bar
- Choose who you need to send the file to (group message or direct message)
- Click the (+) icon to the left of the “type here” box
- Either drag and drop the file or click in the box to upload from your computer
- Click “send”
