Creating Your Account

00:00: Hi, this is Nikki from healthy roster. 00:02: This tutorial is going to walk you through how to create your account. 00:07: To create your account within healthy roster. 00:09: You need to be invited first upon receiving your invitation. 00:12: You will get a unique link with instructions on how to join. 00:15: You can then choose to download the mobile app or access via the web browser 00:19: each invitation to healthy roster is personalized and meant specifically for 00:24: you as a note provider users must accept their invitation via 00:28: a web browser. Let's jump in 00:32: Once you've been invited to join healthy roster, you will receive an invitation 00:36: via email. This invitation will house specific 00:40: information that you will need to create your account. 00:44: As you see in the center of the screen there is a unique code this 00:48: code is unique to your invitation only. 00:52: In order to verify your identity, you will take the code that was listed on 00:56: your invitation an input it directly as it is listed on the invitation 01:01: to verify your identity. 01:04: You will then select next to complete the verification of your identity. 01:10: Now because this is a new account creation. 01:12: I'm going to select I need to create a new account. 01:15: However, if you already have an existing account, you can select I 01:19: already have an account. 01:22: First name last name and email will already be Associated to your invitation. 01:27: You will need to at this stage create your password and confirm 01:31: the password. You're also able to input phone numbers for yourself 01:35: and select your preferred time zone select a register to move forward. 01:40: The user will now agree to their specific terms. 01:43: As you will see here you're able to review and read through the terms of use the 01:48: privacy policy and the children's privacy policy check the box 01:52: once you have read and are agreeing to those terms. 01:57: Select next to move forward 02:00: Next we like to make sure you have secondary authentication on your account to 02:04: protect all of the Phi that will sit behind your account. 02:08: To do so you will need to set your security questions at this time select 02:12: your three questions and provide answers for each next select 02:16: save answers. 02:19: The user will then be prompted to review sharing terms throughout healthy roster. 02:24: This invitation in particular is for a primary user this 02:28: primary user must Grant access to share their Phi 02:32: with different types of users at the org or Team level throughout healthy roster 02:37: linked here also is the privacy policy as well 02:41: as the terms of use check the box. 02:43: Once you agree to the terms of use privacy policy and children's privacy 02:47: policy. 02:49: Now to complete your account setup select I agree. 02:53: If you have questions or need more help, please visit the help tab on the left navigation 02:57: or reach us directly at help at healthy roster.com.
