How to Remove a Document

• Once you sign a document in Healthy Roster, you are no longer allowed to edit or remove it.
• To have a document removed, please contact your provider with your name/the patient's name and the name of the document that needs to be removed.
• If you are having trouble contacting your provider, you can also contact the Healthy Roster team using help tab on the left navigation bar to submit a ticket.
