Accessing Directories & Creating A Group Message via App

00:00: Hi, this is Nikki from healthy roster. This tutorial is going to show you how to access 00:04: your directories and create a group message within the app. 00:08: To begin select the messages tab Now once you're on the messages 00:12: tab, you can select groups here. 00:14: You will see a listing of all the groups that you've already have created within your account to add 00:18: a new group select the plus button. 00:22: Now you can create a group name as well as a group description then decide 00:26: what permissions you like set for this group. Select save. 00:31: Now you will need to add group members to your chat group. 00:34: To do so select directories and select add directory. 00:39: A modal box will now populate where you can select which directories you'd like to include select 00:43: save. Once your directories have been added appropriately select save 00:47: with the group members. 00:51: You will now be able to message your group select the group and begin to type your message 00:55: as a tip. We do recommend using the microphone for talk to text to get you 00:59: in and out a little bit quicker. But keying in the message will also work. 01:02: Send your message once complete. 01:12: If at any point after you've created this group chat, you need to edit the permissions 01:16: you can do. Step-By-Step Tutorial
  1. Log in to your Healthy Roster app and tap on “Messages” on the bottom navigation bar
  2. Select “Groups”
  3. Tap on the (+) in the top right corner to create the group message
  4. Add Group Details and set the default member permissions. Select Save to advance.
  5. Select “Directories” at the top of this page
  6. Select + Add Directory
  7. Select the directory you'd like to include and select Save
  8. The directories will be added; select save to save the members to the group
