How to Archive a Team/Unit

If you archive a team the individuals will stay in that organization. It will only archive the team / unit it will not archive the individuals.
Please note: Terminology is different based on your setting, for example, a college setting uses Teams as Organizations, Units as Teams, but the steps are still the same.
Please note: Archiving a team will result in a loss of information for reporting.

00:00: Hi this is Nikki from healthy roster and this tutorial is going to show you how to Archive a team 00:06: To begin you'll want to navigate to your organization 00:09: Once on your organization's page select teams 00:13: Now select the three dots to the right of the team you wish to Archive 00:17: Now select archive 00:20: You will then receive confirmation to Archive as a note team archiving cannot be undone if you wish to maintain historical reporting for this team you should remove all patients from this team rather than archive it select ok to confirm team archiving 00:35: If you have questions or need more help please visit the help tab on your left navigation or reach us directly at help@healthyroster.com

Step-By-Step Tutorial
  1. Click on the Organization
  2. Click on Teams
  3. Click on the three dots next to the team you would like to archive and select Archive
  4. Confirm the Archive by selecting OK
