We offer four different block types to assist with branding. The image block type allows you to select an image from the web and display it in your report.

Step-By-Step Tutorial:

Block

Step-By-Step

Option 1: Image

Image from web

  1. Select +
  2. Select Image
  3. Gather your image address from your trusted location by right-clicking on the image and selecting Copy Image Address
Note: For this, you should not choose random images from the web but only select images from trusted locations and sources. This is because the person hosting the image could always replace the image at that URL, which could change what is displayed on your report without your knowledge.
  1. Paste your URL into your logo block
  2. Select Contain for your image
  3. Select OK
  4. Of course, you are then able to place and resize the image accordingly.
Option 2: Team

logo from one of the teams in your environment

  1. Select +
  2. Select Team Logo
  3. Select the camera
  4. Select the appropriate Team
  5. Select the appropriate option for your image display. Most often, you will want to select Contain, as that will maintain the image aspect ratio that is already set on the logo
  6. Select OK
  7. Of course, you are then able to place and resize the image accordingly

logo from one of the organizations in your environment
