Scheduling a Survey

Step-By-Step Tutorial:
  1. Select the Documents tab
  2. Select Recent Surveys
  3. Select the three dots to the right on the survey you wish to set a schedule for and select Edit Survey
  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the survey set up and select Add New Schedule
  5. Active will be auto-checked, this is how you would go back and disable a survey quickly. You will then name your schedule and set the frequency of delivery (daily, weekly, or monthly)
  6. Select the days of delivery. Default will be to have all days selected.
  7. Select the start date for the survey and put in an end date for delivery if you have one
  8. Next, select the time in EST that you want your survey to deliver
  9. Now you will select the organizations that are assigned to this survey schedule. Default will be to select all organizations.
  10. Select Save
