Scheduling a Survey
Step-By-Step Tutorial:
- Select the Documents tab
- Select Recent Surveys
- Select the three dots to the right on the survey you wish to set a schedule for and select Edit Survey
- Scroll down to the bottom of the survey set up and select Add New Schedule
- Active will be auto-checked, this is how you would go back and disable a survey quickly. You will then name your schedule and set the frequency of delivery (daily, weekly, or monthly)
- Select the days of delivery. Default will be to have all days selected.
- Select the start date for the survey and put in an end date for delivery if you have one
- Next, select the time in EST that you want your survey to deliver
- Now you will select the organizations that are assigned to this survey schedule. Default will be to select all organizations.
- Select Save
