Scheduling Treatments via Schedules Tab

Scheduling Encounters from the Schedules Tab - 2.0

Step-By-Step Tutorial:

1. Select the Schedule icon on the left navigation bar

1. Select a time slot, and select Add Encounter from the options to add to the calendar

   

2. Select the provider you are scheduling for, your name will populate at the top

   

3. Search for the patient

   

4. Complete the treatment documentation, and click OK at the bottom of the screen

1. You will now see your treatment listed on the schedule

Step-By-Step Tutorial:

1. Log in to your Healthy Roster account, and click on the Schedules tab on your left navigation bar

1. This page will default to your schedule, but you can select any provider listed in the top left under Providers and schedule for them if necessary

1. Select a time slot for the treatment you want to schedule, and fill out the information needed

1. When finished filling out the information for the treatment, select Create Treatment

1. You can now click on this treatment from the Schedule Tab and it will take you to the treatment details where you can launch the video chat
