Selecting a Note Type:

Note Types are a required field while creating a note. They are intended to help categorize different types of notes. You can also use them to dictate who can see the note when it’s in a location where other users have access.

  1. Navigate to a patient profile
  2. Select where you need to input a note
  3. Select to add a note
  4. Open the drop-down to select your note type
