Responding to a Survey
When a survey is sent to you, you will get a text message notification from an unsaved phone number. The test reads” [AT name] has requested that you complete the [Survey Name]. This survey is quick and should take no more than a couple of minutes to complete. The results of this survey will be confidential.” Followed by a link to the survey. Click on that link. The survey will open in a web browser. Next, you will fill out the survey. Once finished, click “Submit” at the bottom of the survey.
Step-By-Step Tutorial
- When you receive the text from an unsaved number, it will have a link to a survey - tap on the link
- Fill out survey
- Tap “Submit” at the end of the survey to send
