Adding a Referral - 2.0

Documenting Follow-Up Services allows the athletic trainer to track athlete referrals to physicians, physical therapists, surgeons, etc.

00:00: Hi this is Niki from Healthy Roster and this tutorial will show you how to add a referral from the patient profile 00:06: To begin navigate to your patient profile 00:10: Next select referrals 00:13: Select add to create a new referral 00:16: Enter your referral information and select save when complete 00:21: If you have questions or need more help please visit the help tab on your left navigation or reach us directly at help@healthyroster.com

Step-By-Step Tutorial (Web) - Patient Tab
  1. Navigate to the patient profile
  2. Click Referrals
  3. Select Add
  4. Enter referral details
  5. Select Save

  1. Type the patient's name in the global search
  2. Select the three dots to the right of the patient's name
  3. Select Create Referral
  4. Enter referral details
  5. Select Save

  1. Navigate to the patient's problem timeline
  2. Select Add
  3. Select Add Referral
  4. Enter referral details
Note: when you navigate this route, the problem will auto pull to the referral

  1. Log in to Healthy Roster, and locate the athlete profile through the Global Search
  2. Search the athlete name and select the + to the right. Click Add Follow-Up Service on the quick action list
  1. Complete the Follow-Up Service details
  2. Click Save Follow-Up Service

  1. Log in to the Healthy Roster app, and locate the athlete profile
  2. Select Follow-Up Services

  3. Click on the + in the upper right hand corner
  4. Complete the Follow-Up Services details
  5. Click Save in the upper right hand corner
