00:00: Hi, this is Maggie from healthy roster. And in this video. I'm going to show you how you can screen share on a scheduled video chat. 00:08: The following steps are for launching a video chat on the web version of healthy roster and how you can screen share on that video chat first you need to select your video chat that is scheduled. This will show on your schedules tab on the left-hand navigation or it will show on your home screen as well. If you click on either of those spots it will take you to the scheduled treatment. 00:31: Up now select launch video chat 00:35: Once your video chat is launched, you will select the share option in the bottom navigation. 00:42: Here after you have selected the screen sharing button, you will be prompt to show what screen you'd like to share whether a window or a table. Once you're sharing that and you are finished. You can click stop sharing at the top of the page. 00:57: And now, you know how to share your screen on a scheduled video chat. Step-By-Step Tutorial
  1. Log in to your Healthy Roster account or access your email to launch your scheduled video chat
  2. Once in the video chat - select the share screen icon at the bottom of the page
  1. Select which screen you would like to share and click “Share” - please note if you only have one screen/monitor you will want to choose “Share Application Window” instead of “Your Entire Screen”
  1. When finished sharing your screen, click “Stop Sharing” at the top of the screen
