Step-By-Step Tutorial:
- From the document tab select "Forms"
- Select Add
- Select Start from scratch!
- Provide your form with a Name and Description
- Begin to build your form by dragging and dropping the components onto the blank document. Review "Form Builder - Editor Tools" for a breakdown of the form builder tools.
- All drag and drop components are subject to further customization. "Form Builder - Advanced Editor Components" will break down the ways in which you can further customize your document.
- We encourage you to also reference "Form Builder - Tips & Tricks" as you are building your document to learn more about customizing your content.
- Once your document is complete or you need to walk away, select "Save"
- Your form will now be saved on your form listing. If you wish to edit the form, select the three dots to the left of the form name and select "edit"
- Once your document is complete, assign the form to a document type.
